  • Access Statements,which are developed through planning, building control, construction and occupation stages
  • Negotiation with the Local Authority Access Officer, Planning, Building Control, or Approved Inspector on all access issues
  • Advice regarding resposibilities of building occupiers under Equality Act 2010 Legislation [previously DDA].
  • Ongoing advice during construction, on fit out and finishes, furnishings, lighting, signage and external landscaping
  • Information on access and egress provisions at handover
  • We can quote fixed fees as a percentage of construction cost, or as a time charge.
